“FABULOS” BRINGS ROBOT BUSES TO THE STREETS OF EUROPE From this spring onwards, the “Fabulos” project brings robot buses to the streets of Europe. Three robot bus prototypes will be evaluated in real-life conditions in five European cities. All the shuttle solutions offer an all-inclusive service for autonomous last-mile transport, testing features and geographical challenges.

The City Council of Malaga is pioneering with a mobility project that in a few months will begin to move around the city of Malaga. Irizar has taken up the challenge to implement the autonomous systems into a citybus, the 12 m Irizar ie bus. The zero emissions electric vehicle is equipped with a dual drive mode: manual and automatic (autopilot).

SOLARIS AND POZNAN UNIVERSITY DEVELOPING ADVANCED DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM In cooperation with Poznań University of Technology Solaris is developing an advanced system of assistance for drivers of city buses. In the past few weeks, project tests were run in front of the Municipal Stadium in Poznań thanks to which the electric bus will be able to precisely show the driver how to dock the pantograph under a charging station.
