SOLARIS ELECTRIC MIDIBUSES FOR BRUSSELS PUBLIC TRANSPORT The Brussels public transport company MIVB/STIB has ordered is first seven fully electric buses. They will be built by the Polish busmanufacturer Solaris. The buses ordered are of the midibus type. By the end of next year the buses will be running on the cityline, the connection between uptown and downtown Brussels.

TRANSDEV AND DELPHI PARTNER ON AUTONOMOUS TRANSPORTATION; Transdev, a global provider of mobility services, and Delphi Automotive PLC have entered into a commercial partnership to develop a global, fully automated, mobility-on-demand (AMoD) transport system. The system will utilize Transdev Universal Routing Engine (URE) and Delphi’s previously announced automated driving platform—the Centralized Sensing, Localization and Planning (CSLP) platform which Delphi is developing in partnership with Mobileye.
