Enterex Polska (located in Krakow) designs, manufactures and supplies complete cooling and air-conditioning systems for commercial vehicles, off-highway and industrial equipment. Company was founded in 1989 and from 2019 was integrated into international structures of Enterex International, a Taiwanese stock listed Group. Enterex – acting with three OEM Regional Sales and R&D Centers, Krakow (Poland), Westbrook (USA) and Yangzhou (China), has a global organization enabling to serve American, Asian and European OEM customers with dedicated business development, sales and engineering resources. Enterex Polska has been included in the Enterex´s Center of Excellence network – leading the commercial vehicle, off-highway and BEV segment R&D and application engineering initiatives. The Engineering Center in Yangzhou China supports customers with windtunnel, thermo-mechanical and material scientific testing and research. Enterex is a Tier-1 supplier for several leading Power-Gen and Commercial Vehicle brands. Our manufacturing and engineering center in Yangzhou China is one of the largest heat exchanger production facilities in the world: vertically integrated production bases in China and Cambodia gives consolidated production area of 300 000 m2 and capacity 6.5 million radiators and other heat exchangers per annum.
The offered solutions for thermal management, air conditioning and heating systems are custom designed by the Research and Development Department in cooperation with its Clients. Designs are sent to the Prototype Department and after passing the qualitative research in the Laboratory are efficiently delivered to the OES/OEM market. Besides the product solutions, with the usage of artificial neural networks and machine intelligence algorythms, classification rules are designed in order to recognize fault modes and provide dynamic and functional diagnosis, enabling us to predict fault modes having specific models for different damage-mechanisms such as clogging of HEX, heat exchanger leaks and fan failures. These connected services have an enormous value in terms of predictive maintenance planning and overall efficiency of asset management.
The underlying strategy we are developing on: We study the evolution of the products in our industry. The technology is mostly born in the automotive sector. This is clear since that’s where the volume and the money is. Next it goes into on-highway heavy duty class applications, and finally trickles down into off-highway from there. We leap frog the chain and go write to the commercial vehicle and off-highway sector with HD versions of advanced automotive technology.
