Škoda Electric claims to be Europe's largest trolleybus manufacturer. Over the existence of its trolleybus production, it has delivered more than 14,000 trolleybuses in the domestic and foreign markets. In addition to the traditional development and production of trolleybuses, Škoda Electric offers two types of new battery-powered electric buses. The company also succeeded in a tender for the supply of electric buses for Arriva Morava, which presented a fleet of ten new electric buses in Třinec for the local public transport system last week.

Recently Škoda Electric has also been chosen by the Lettish capital Riga to manufacture and supply 50 trolley buses.
