The buses are the first of 80 new Dina Runner G natural gas buses acquired and to be operated by the Collective Company of Juárez Plus. The acquisition marks the beginning of modernisation of the busy 5th line, where buses will average about 680 passengers per day.

The 9.35 metre Runner G is fitted with 6 Type 1 CNG cylinders for a total fuel volume of 844 litres. The six-speed bus is powered by a Cummins BG 5.9 litre engine rated to Euro V standard, specified to deliver 230 hp @ 2,800 RPM and torque of 500 lb-ft @ 1,600 RPM. It seats 33 passengers and has capacity to carry 60.

Dina also manufactures the Linner G. Powered by a Cummins ISL G 8.9 litre engine (certified to EPA 13), this bus is approved to carry 70 passengers. Both models significantly reduce emissions and operating costs for fleet operators.
