GENERAL MOTORS EGYPT AND MCV TO EXPORT MINI BUSES TO GHANA
In line with General Motor’s ambitious exporting strategy, GM has collaborated with MCV group to produce and export mini buses to Ghana in addition to exporting local spare parts to Vietnam and South Africa. This collaboration is considered a step towards exploring new opportunities in the international markets, especially the African ones.
The purpose of this collaboration is to stimulate and enhance the Egyptian economy by expanding in new African markets.
where it reflects a promising future in regaining the era of locally manufacturing cars. This successful project that resulted in producing top notch Egyptian products which abides by the international regulations is a result of a successful collaboration between Mansour Auto Group in Egypt and Ghana, in addition to the assistance of MCV group through sharing their expertise in manufacturing busses.
These agreements where finalized after having a diversity of businessmen delegations from Ghana, Vietnam and South Africa visiting the 6th of October factory, which is considered the largest factory for the company in the Middle East region. During the delegation’s visit, they were impressed with the high quality of the Egyptian’s products that follows the international standards and global quality.
