VOLVO IS LAUNCHING AN ONLINE SERVICE FOR GREEN COMMUTING

The Volvo Group is launching Commute Greener, a new online service which helps commuters become more environmentally aware. The service is accessed through a mobile phone or a web site on the internet, enabling a commuter quickly to see by how much carbon dioxide emissions are reduced, for example by car pooling. Volvo´s home town, the City of Göteborg in Sweden, is the first city in the world to order the service for its employees.
