MITSUBISHI FUSO LAUNCHES ENHANCED AERO ACE MM BUS

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) has launched a redesigned version of the Aero Ace MM bus. Designed for sightseeing and inter-city transportation, the Aero Ace MM, first launched in January 2008, is the short version of the Aero Ace bus which debuted in May 2007.
VOLVO BUS BENELUX EXTENDS PROGRAM WITH BARBI GALILEO

Volvo Bus Benelux has decided to add a coach with a length of 10,20 meters to the program for this market. The new model will be based on a Volvo B7R chassis, which will be bodied by Barbi of Modena, Italy. The Volvo Barbi will formally be imported by Bluekens Truck & Bus, a Volvo dealer in the southern part of the Netherlands. The new addition to the program will be first shown in public during the coming Busworld exhibition.
MAN DELIVERS 46 BUSES TO MOSCOW'S PUBLIC TRANSPORT COMPANY

The Moscow public transport company Mostransavto ordered a total of 46 MAN Lion’s Regio C vehicles, which were delivered in mid-May. The 13.01-metre bus with its up to 59 seats provides a high level of comfort and maximum safety at an attractive price. The customer also likes the model's attractive design. The buses are powered by a six-cylinder diesel engine delivering 228 kW (310 hp) and their exhaust gas is cleaned with the aid of the MAN PM catalytic converter.
METRO TOURISM TO BUY TURKEY'S BUS GIANT VARAN

GREYHOUND ORDERS 61 PREVOST COACHES

Volvo Buses’ North American subsidiary Prevost has received an order for 61 coaches of the type X3-45 for Greyhound Lines. It is Volvos subsidiary Prevost that will deliver the 61 coaches during 2011. Equipped with Volvo D13 EPA 2010 engines and Allison transmissions, the coaches will provide a clean, fuel-efficient drive train. In addition, the coaches are outfitted with features placing a priority on passenger safety and comfort.
