This year’s Grand Award Coach of the Asian Coach Week went to the Bonluck JXK6129CLN coach, due to it's combination of luxury and safety. Bonluck was recognized by the ACW jury as a first-class builder of coaches, combining excellent technology with good ideas and a skilled craftsmanship. As a result of this process it offers coaches that rank among the best the Chinese industry can offer. A good example is the Senator JXK6129CLN coach entered in the 2011 edition of the Asian Coach Week.

The bus won a couple of awards, starting with the Grand BAAV Award Bus 2011 The jury decided to grant this award to the Hengtong CKZ6127HBEV, as the most innovative of the buses presented during this year's edition of the Asian Coach Week. It considers the use of a lithium titanate battery which has the advantage of being faster to charge than other lithium ion batteries, as an important step forward.

Eight years after a modest and careful start the Busworld India exhibition has now established a leading position on the Indian market. Most notable impression of this year's exhibition, which was held from the 11th till the 14th January, was that the quality and workmanship of the Indian bus industry has greatly improved. Particularly the finishing and the technical level of the vehicles have reached much higher standards.
