Busworld Asia Announces the Annual BAAV Awards Evaluation Rules
On December 20th, the 11th annual edition of the Busworld Asia exhibition hosted its kick-off news conference in Beijing. Organizer VNU Exhibitions Co. Shanghai and Director Ms. Isabel Hu brought forward several new judging parameters regarding ACW “Asia Coach Week” – BAAV’s annual award’s evaluation and selection ceremony. ACW is the highest level award for the Asian bus and passenger coach industry. The aim of this evaluation is to stimulate and spur greater innovation through the utilization of international standards and measurements in Asian passenger bus and bus products.
2011: BUSWORLD ASIA GOES GREEN
The 11th edition of the Busworld Asia exhibition will stride onto the international stage this coming March 30th to April 4th 2011 at the Shanghai Automobile Exhibition Center. Following the trial introduction of “National 4” emission standards and “Euro V” emission standards, the passenger bus sector is entering into a new round of technological innovation and restructuring. Low energy consuming and low-pollution car models are becoming a new market favorite with green car models able to reach high emissions standards becoming a leading component of vehicle manufacturer new products launches. This is, in turn, catalyzing a growing market need for higher efficiency vehicle drivelines.
MG GROUP LARGEST PARTICIPANT OF BUSWORLD INDIA 2011
The MG Group launched at this exhibition its mission to become the largest under the Indian busbuilders by being a total solutions provider, as a representative formulated it. At the Busworld India 2011 exhibition she showed among others the Feeder. The group manufactures a wide variety of bus bodies.
BUSWORLD INDIA 2011 ARRIVING
It is only a few days until Busworld India opens its doors in the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaom (East) in Mumbai. The exhibition will be open daily from Wednesday 12 January to Friday 14 January from 10.00 to 18.00. Busworld India 2011 is being held in association with the Indian Association of Bus Manufacturers and Busworld’s local partner, Inter Ads Ltd. UITP ASIA PACIFIC CONGRESS PARTNERS WITH BUSWORLD ASIA
The Sixth Annual Session of UITP (The International Association of Public Transport) Asia Pacific Region’s Congress took place this November in Hong Kong, with Busworld Asia joining forces with UITP to promote its upcoming 2011 Exhibition. UITP is the leading international authority on public transportation and transit.
