From January 2008, both Hella and the joint venture Behr Hella Service will be sales partners for the Visteon Corporation for products on the independent vehicle parts market in Europe. Hella will take over aftermarket sales for Visteon's lighting products. The joint venture Behr Hella Service will become the sales partner for Visteon's vehicle air conditioning and engine cooling products.
