MERCEDES-BENZ TO SHOW CONECTO G AT ISTANBUL BUSWORLD

Daimler Buses, which among others produces and sells the Mercedes-Benz buses, will be showing the articulated Conecto G bus during the coming Istanbul Busworld exhibition. The vehicle is particularly intended for the East-European market.

BMC PRESENT AT BUSWORLD TURKEY

The Busworld exhibition in Istanbul, Turkey is the first major bus event which will be held this year on the European continent. BMC will be one of the participating companies, presenting its whole range of buses for city, intercity and touring activities.

VIBRACOUSTIC OPENS PRODUCTION FACILITY IN CHINA

Vibracoustic Europe will be opening its first production facility in China at the end of 2008. Around 200 employees will then be manufacturing air springs for the Chinese commercial vehicle market in a production area amounting to 4300 square meters in Yantai, a city with six million inhabitants in East China.

FIRST CHINESE FUEL CELL BUS PRESENTED AT BUSWORLD ASIA 2008

At the Sunlong stand during the recently held Busworld Asia exhibition Sunlonmg and its partner Shanghai Shen-Li High Tech Co showed the first Chinese fuel-cell bus, prepared for operation in Beijing.  

TEMSA TO LAUNCH CITYBUS AND INTERCITY BUS

Temsa, the Turkish bus and coach manufacturer, has plans to unveil a new citybus and an intercity bus during this year. The citybus will probably be shown during the coming Busworld Istanbul exhibition, scheduled for 24 till 26 April 2008. The intercity bus will be launched during the coming Hannover IAA exhibition.
