ARVINMERITOR REINFORCES ITS COMMITMENT TO BUS & COACH CUSTOMERS IN CHINA
ArvinMeritor, Inc. reinforces its commitment to serve the Bus & Coach market in China with improvements in the company's aftersales service and support system. "To be successful in China, we understand the need to provide our customers with world-class support throughout the lifecycle of our products," said Jason Apter, managing director, China & Korea. "One of the core elements of our localization strategy is to bring ArvinMeritor's industry aftersales service and support capabilities to China."
Recent enhancements to the company's services include updated maintenance literature in Chinese, a dedicated field service organization, a new field diagnostic lab, an enhanced service part offering and a toll-free call center
In addition, the company has created a dedicated aftermarket department in China to further cultivate opportunities outside of traditional original equipment (OE) and original equipment service (OES) business.
ArvinMeritor is investing in its aftersales service and support capabilities in China to support the company's growth objectives.
