RESEARCH COOPERATION BETWEEN CHONGQING WUZHOULONG AND CHONGQING UNIVERSITY
Chongqing Wuzhoulong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. and Chongqing University of Science and Engineering have concluded a framework agreement with regard of the joint development of alternative energy buses.
They decided to establish an advisory committee to take concrete decisions about the cooperation, and the research that should be carried out. It should be achieved by sharing funds and resources to set up a series of research platforms, like a key lab for manufacturing and testing, the Chongqing research center for power and control system, and a number of further platforms. Wuzhoulong will create an alternative energy department and research centers within the company. As a next step the joint venture would concentrate on the development of the technology and the components for alternative energy vehicles. A particular task of the University will be to train research talents in the field of alternative drivelines for Wuzhoulong to improve their skills.
