MAN SUPERVISORY BOARD NAMES PACHTA-REYHOFEN AS HEAD OF THE COMPANY’S EXECUTIVE BOARD

Dr.-Ing. Georg Pachta-Reyhofen (54) was appointed as the company’s new Executive Board Spokesman today by the Supervisory Board of MAN SE, effective as of January 1, 2010.
The Supervisory Board of MAN SE recommended that Dr. Pachta-Reyhofen also take over the reins of subsidiary MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG as Executive Board Spokesman and the Executive Board member responsible for employee relations.
The Supervisory Board also appointed Klaus Stahlmann (48), with effect from January 1, 2010, and Frank H. Lutz (40), with immediate effect, to the Executive Board of MAN SE as deputy members, with Lutz assuming responsibility for finance.
