MARCOPOLO CELEBRATES 60TH ANNIVERSARY
The Brazilian bus body manufacturer Marcopolo is celebrating his year its 60th birthday. An emblem with the numbers six and zero interlinked has been designed for this occasion. Based in Caxias do Sul, Brazil, Marcopolo has sold its products in over 104 countries and has facilities in South Africa, Argentina, China, Colombia Egypt, India, Mexico, Portugal and Russia.
Founded on August 6th, 1949, in Caxias do Sul, Marcopolo now is a diversified body manufacturer. In the celebrations which will be held at several moments during the coming months, all current and past employees will be involved, but also clients, suppliers and the entire community of Caxias do Sul, as well as of other communities where the company has a production facility.
