Awards at Busworld Kortrijk 2011
ECW-awards
The world famous event for the bus and coach industry, Busworld Kortrijk, was preceded immediately by a related event, namely The European Coach and Bus Week, (ECW, for short). The fifteenth edition has taken place from Saturday 15 till Tuesday 18 October 2011 and consisted of a series of trials and presentations. The tests were performed on the Xpo Kortrijk premises and a number of outside test courses.
ECW is aiming to play a pioneering role, developing into a tool for policy makers, and providing insight into developments in the field of mobility and genuine opportunities in the future. Already during the 2009 edition, ECW followed a completely different course, geared to the aspirations of tomorrow’s bus and coach operators and travellers.
